Apple Retail
Hired and managed an on‑site agency team of designers at Apple supporting global eCommerce and product‑fulfillment experiences across web, iOS, and macOS.

Managed the UX and design strategy for Apple’s ResearchKit, the world’s first crowdsourced clinical study iOS platform, now used by over 25 research institutions.
